Common Questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the GuessMoji app, go to the Shop tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Your previous purchases (including Remove Ads) will be restored automatically using your Apple ID.
I lost my progress — can it be recovered?
Your game data is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the App, progress may have been lost unless iCloud sync was enabled. To protect your progress in future, ensure iCloud is enabled in your device settings.
How do I cancel or get a refund for a purchase?
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. We are unable to process refunds directly.
How do I turn off ads?
Purchase Remove Ads from the Shop tab inside the App. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all banner and interstitial advertisements.
How do daily challenges work?
A fresh set of daily challenges is available every day. Complete them to earn bonus coins and maintain your streak. Challenges reset at midnight in your local time zone.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to your device's Settings → Notifications → GuessMoji and toggle notifications off. You can also manage reminders inside the App under Settings → Daily Reminder.
