Common Questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the GuessMoji app, go to the Shop tab, and tap Restore Remove Ads Purchase. Remove Ads is restored using the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. Coin packs are used up when you spend them, so they can't be restored.
I lost my progress — can it be recovered?
Your game data is stored on your device. On iPhone and iPad, progress syncs through iCloud when iCloud is turned on in your device settings, so reinstalling or switching devices keeps your progress. If iCloud was off when you deleted the App, progress may not be recoverable.
How do I cancel or get a refund for a purchase?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested through them. We are unable to process refunds directly.
- iPhone / iPad: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or visit Google Play refund help.
How do I turn off ads?
Purchase Remove Ads from the Shop tab inside the App. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all banner and interstitial advertisements.
How do daily challenges work?
A fresh set of daily challenges is available every day. Complete them to earn bonus coins and maintain your streak. Challenges reset at midnight in your local time zone.
How do I turn off notifications?
On iPhone and iPad, go to Settings → Notifications → GuessMoji. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → GuessMoji → Notifications. You can also manage reminders inside the App under Settings → Daily Reminder.
Where can I download GuessMoji?
GuessMoji is free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android.
