By downloading, installing, or using GuessMoji ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its associated services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual coin packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Virtual coins and in-game items have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency
- All purchases are final except where required by applicable law
- We are not responsible for purchases made by unauthorized users on your device
6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that you may be shown ads. You may purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to permanently disable advertising.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to puzzle content, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to GuessMoji and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including:
- Google AdMob — for advertising
- Apple StoreKit — for in-app purchases
- Apple Push Notifications — for optional daily reminders
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GuessMoji and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
